Pilates Matwork Classes
Group Matwork Classes available for all levels of ability. Classes available online or live in person.
Start in Beginners to learn the foundation exercises and we will build your Pilates practice from here and progress you when you are ready. Matwork Pilates can be challenging but everyone works at their own pace
Pilates Private Sessions
Maybe you simply prefer to workout alone and to have the workout tailored to your needs or you simply want to do a few 121's before going into a class. Private sessions are for you be it at home for Matwork Pilates or at the Studio using the extensive range of Classical Pilates apparatus
Personal Training
Personal Training is for everyone. Don't worry about 'being fit enough' to start! The workouts are built around your level of fitness and ability and we gradually build strength, stamina, skill and confidence at your pace.
All sessions are in the great outdoors be it in your garden or a local park. We get outside in the fresh air and train for results but with fun and play along the way.

All classes can be booked via our booking system (hosted by Gymcatch) - purchase your session / package and book your slot.
IMPORTANT
All sessions are 50 minutes unless otherwise stated
Bundles must be used by the specified expiry period / Sessions are not transferable to others
Any cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice via your account in Gymcatch to receive a credit otherwise the session will be charged in full
